~Strawberry Delight by KaeliElyse~
Serving size: Makes 12 servings.
Ingredients
2 1/2 cups finely crushed pretzels
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
3 cups prepared whipped topping, thawed
1 6oz. pkg. strawberry gelatin
2 cups boiling water
At least 1 sml plastic carton
Directions
1. Heat oven to 350ºF.
2. In medium bowl, combine pretzels, butter and brown sugar. Mix well and pat mixture into z 9"x13" baking pan.
3. Bake for 10 minutes, let cool completely.
4. In large bowl, beat cream cheese and powered sugar until fluffy; fold in whipped topping; blend well. Set aside.
5. In medium bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water & stir in strawberries. Let sit 2-3 mins. or until slightly thick.
6. Spread cream cheese mixture over cooled crust and top with berry-gelatin. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, no longer than 12.
